The LiteGait Gait & Balance System product range is widely used to treat spinal cord injury, amputation, stroke, chronic pain, head injury, orthopaedic problems, cerebral palsy, balance issues, multiple sclerosis and arthritis.

LiteGait is used in both adult and paediatric settings, as well as in the home by patients requiring assistance with gait therapy and balance activities. It also acts as an extra paid of hands for therapists. It promotes proper posture, reduces weight-bearing, and eliminates balance concerns while supporting lower limb movement coordination. The innovative harness design allows for both unilateral and bilateral support, offering flexible progression from non to full weight-bearing. This also enables clinicians to manually assist the legs and pelvis for optimal gait training. The harness provides postural control across the frontal, sagittal, and transverse planes.
